Course Introduction

The importance of learning is widely recognized, but how much effort do we make to ensure that we are learning effectively? Right from our school days, we always believed that learning just happens naturally. However, there is much more that can be done to learn more effectively and efficiently.

Learning is something we are very familiar with and it is a part of our everyday lives. But, despite this, it is fair to say that relatively few people achieve the level of optimal learning. The reason behind this is that we are more focused on getting our job done at that moment and we don’t take enough time to draw out learning from our daily experience. We don’t capitalize on all the learning opportunities that we encounter – and this is how this course guides us.
