Kannada is a Dravidian language spoken largely by Kannadigas in the South Indian state of Karnataka and by minorities in the states of Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Tamil Nadu, Maharashtra, Kerala, and Goa. Kannadigas are comprised of roughly 40 million people spread across geographies, with Kannada ranking 33rd in the list of most spoken languages in the world.

On completing this course, you will learn:

• Basic Kannada grammar including essential elements like Kannada letters, adjectives, adverbs, tenses and pronouns.
• Kannada words used in the everyday context like numbers, colors, body parts, relationship, etc.
• Conversations that revolve around a particular location like airports, railway stations, hotels, shops, offices, etc.
