The author is a Ph.D. scholar at SVYASA Yoga University. She trains and teaches BNYS & MD students at SVYASA University in the field of Nutrition. She is a Consulting Holistic Nutritionist at ACURA Hospital, Koramangala, Bengaluru. She is also a part of an organization called �Enfold Proactive Health Trust�, which specializes in teaching Nutrition, Lactation & Yoga in different Universities & Colleges.
